When will my order arrive?

Every print is made to order in our Manchester studio, and orders placed by 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Below is how long delivery really takes once a parcel leaves us, measured from the tracking on our own parcels, so you can choose the option that fits your date.

Estimates for UK mainland addresses. Next working day services can take an extra one to two working days to the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48: how long it really takes

Most parcels get their first Royal Mail scan overnight and arrive on time. Now and then a parcel waits longer for that first scan, and those are the ones that take four working days or more. Royal Mail also delivers on Saturdays, so some parcels arrive sooner than the working-day count suggests.

Need it by a certain day?

If you have a birthday, anniversary or event on a fixed date, a timed service is the safer choice.

How we measure this

Every parcel is scanned out when we hand it to Royal Mail, and we compare that moment with Royal Mail's own tracking for the same parcel. The figures cover Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcels sent to UK addresses from 28 September to 27 October 2026, and they update every morning. A delivery attempt when nobody is home counts as delivered. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
